Returns Policy

For online orders, we are happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order, so long as the item is unused and unopened. 

If you wish to return your Lashfactor products, please email us at info@lashfactor.online and return them to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are not re-saleable. 

For all returns, we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please package your returns securely to prevent damage in transit, and include your name, address, order number and a reason for your return. Returns should be sent to:

We aim to process returns within seven working days of receiving the items. If you return faulty items or items that have been incorrectly supplied, Lashfactor will refund your postage and packaging costs. 

Please send us a copy of your receipt at info@lashfactor.online, along with your order number. Refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase. 

Please note that it can take 5 – 10 working days for the funds to show in your account. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If you purchased your Lashfactor items via one of our stockists, you must return them directly.
